Creation and implementation of Risk Comparison and Prioritization Methods for the French National Railway Network to Aid in Budget Allocation and Investment
SECTOR organized an expert multidisciplinary risk management team specializing in railway risk management.
Collaboration with SNCF professionals allowed us to anticipate and compare each potential risk.
By synthesizing several risk management analysis methods (Event Tree Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Criticality Matrices), we successfully crafted and tested a progressive prioritization method with the French National Railway Corporation (SNCF). This tool has been fully adopted by SNCF Infra’s “dependability” teams.
