Support for Project feedback management conducted by EDF and Corrective Action Program
This project entailed defining a local device (at the nuclear power plant level) for implementing feedback conclusions (Corrective Action Program) and its associated processes, and specified computerized support tools.
The objective of this research was to capitalize on discrepancies (of all types and importance), to characterize them following keywords and to organize them by significance. The most significant discrepancies were treated individually with immaculate attention to detail, and followed established regulations. The least significant discrepancies (weak signals) were treated in bulk through trend analysis.
