As part of the development of its business, Sector Canada is looking for an engineer who will participate in innovative systems development projects by being in charge of:
(Non-exhaustive examples) - Hazardous substance management (REACh Directive, RoHS...), - Recyclability calculations, - Deployment of eco-design approaches, - Greenhouse gas balance, Life Cycle Assessment, - Regulatory compliance (CSDR, Green IT...), - Possible contribution to R&D projects.
- Definition of project framework and planning, follow-up until project closure, - Management of assignment productivity and profitability, - Preparation of technical bids: definition of methodologies, resource estimates and costing, - Close collaboration with sales teams to build customer loyalty and develop business.
Structuring of SECTOR's offering and positioning strategy in the field of sustainable development, Support for sales teams in qualifying customer needs and framing proposals, Contribution to raising the skills of in-house teams.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in environmental risk/impact management and sustainable development in the broadest sense. Varied experience in consulting and research assignments in an industrial setting is a plus. • Knowledge of regulations, standards, industry issues, and current events is recommended. • Knowledge of materials engineering and process engineering is a definite plus. • Fluency in English (oral and written) in a professional environment is required. • All our positions are open to people with disabilities.
