Reporting to the Subsidiary Manager and working with the local team and subsidiaries, you will be responsible for: - Managing the team of engineers and specialists based in Montreal - Manage in-house projects (quality, cost, deadlines) with the support of local project managers - Produce studies in our areas of expertise - Respond to calls for tender and deploy the associated technical strategy - Manage and optimize our teams' workloads - Interfacing with our customers during launch meetings, technical progress meetings and commercial negotiations - Participate in recruitment processes - External/internal training
- Confirmed technical expertise in the field of operational safety (RAMS/FMDS), with a strong knowledge of the associated standards, methods and tools - Bilingual English/French - Seniority in project management - Experience in team management - Must be an OIQ engineer - Good knowledge of Quebec's industrial fabric - All our positions are open to people with disabilities
