As part of the development of its activities, Sector Canada is recruiting an engineer who will contribute to innovative systems design projects, carrying out the following tasks: - Conducting preliminary risk analyses (PRA) - Conducting FMEA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis) analyses - Reliability assessment and prediction (MTTF, MTBF, etc.) - Development of fault trees - Operational risk analysis - Functional analysis (AFE, AFI, etc.) - Creation of complete safety files
- With an engineering or equivalent master's degree, you have a strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, as well as proven skills in dependability and RAMS analysis. You have significant experience in this field.
- Knowledge of international reliability and safety standards is an asset: IEC 61508, MIL-STD-882E, MIL-HDBK-217F, MIL-STD-1629, CENELEC EN 50126/128/129, ISO 26262, DO-178/254, ISO 13849.
- Intellectually curious and dynamic, you are recognized for your versatility, initiative and ability to work as part of a team.
- You are fluent in written and spoken French and English, and are prepared to make occasional trips to Canada, depending on project needs.
- Being an OIQ engineer is a plus.
