Evaluated Processes for the Construction of Nuclear Marine Propulsion Cores

The objective was to evaluate supervision processes used by the project manager during assembly of nuclear propulsion cores to guarantee optimized construction and quality.

Part 1: Analyzed existing conditions (risk table, activity flow chart, supporting documents)
Part 2: Diagnostics (identified discrepancies and tracked progress, corrected work plans, specified procedures to be amended)
Part 3: Assistance and consultation (evaluated progress every step of the way, tools and procedures created specifically for the project)
